He has served in leading international organizations, think tanks, academia, and the public sector, actively contributing to mentoring and guiding colleagues and aspiring professionals.

Mutee has played a crucial role in numerous development projects for esteemed organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, USAID, FCDO, EY & ASI, and national organizations. He is also a valuable member of core management teams in research and consultancy firms, providing insights and guidance for project planning, management, and research, while fostering the professional development of his colleagues.
